Front desk staff were very helpful when checking in. Direct elevator from underground parking to room was helpful specially when packing up lots of baby items. I sent the hotel a message to see if they have a crib available, but I didn't get an answer back or just didn't see one. But when we entered the room there was a crib set up near the bed. Our room was right next to the mainstreet, so I was concerned the traffic would wake up our baby, but the windows and room were soundproof and we didn't hear a thing all night.I've been to many different countries in Europe and this room was definitely the biggest I've stayed in. Room was very clean and the bathroom was big with a full size walk in shower. Some hotels give you 2 bottles of water, our room had 5. We paid for the breakfast with our room and definitely wasn't disappointed with the selection of items available. We will definitely stay at this hotel everytime we're in Lublin, and would highly recommend it to others who are looking for a great hotel for the price and location.

Great location, nice size of the room, very polite and helpful staff, very tasty food, free car park available for hotel guests. We have stayed on New Years Eve and attended the New Years Eve celebration. Very well organised party and open bar from 8:00pm to midnight made this evening extremely enjoyable. Great band and nice dance floor. Next morning we had fabulous breakfast and we could leave the car for few hours to be able to go for a walk to the old town. Owner of the Hotel was very helpful and professional. We will be back for sure. This is the best place In Lublin for stay and dine. Highly recommend.

It was wonderful time accommodating there, so cozy and pleasant staying that I have no words to describe it. Helpful owners and staff amazed me and my family since first words in our conversation, here in messenger, and after in reality with every step we had in Hotel. So cozy and quiet room, so clean linen and comfortable beds, so delicious breakfast and lot of other simple but valuable things provided to help us on next leg of our long journey and flight trip.
