If you're a foodie, you will love it here too, since there are tons of options to eat, to choose from. A classic smaller town, some sights, entertainment, restaurants, a port with a pier and promenade, boat trips. There is a military museum in the town. City for old people and families only. If somebody prefers young people, better visit different cities where they have students. Also buses don't hold on bus stops, I waited on a bus stop and the bus just drive by and did not hold on. If you are looking for a place to enjoy the Baltic sea and beaches for a few days to relax without any additional worries then Kołobrzeg is the place to go , it is a bit crowded and unfriendly towards dogs(restaurants don't allow dogs, but booking locations usually do.if you ask for bowl and water for your pup you will get it , but you need to ask. Kolobrzeg is a great place to enjoy the seafront promenade and the beaches, as well as the old town. It is a 20 minute walk between the two, through the lovely parks. There is a good choice of restaurants serving local produce and international cuisine. It is a popular choice for the retirees and young families. There is no drinking culture or load music/ sports pubs. It is very safe, relaxed, friendly and colourful. There were plenty kinds of food during breakfast and dinner and they were very delicious, thanks for them. The staff always tries to help and to support us. The hotel is closed to the Baltic, so we went there any time of the day.
