The staff was really friendly and their restaurant really is great. They also have vegan options which was great. Skip yourself the trouble of finding a good restaurant in town that serves vegetarian food. The restaurant at Slow Tatry is great, with an excellent menu and prices below what you will find in the city.

The hotel was cozy and clean, there was plenty of food for everyone’s preferences at breakfast. The spa zone isn’t big, but wasn’t crowded during our stay. I got a massage at spa zone, which was perfect! Definetly would stay here again!

We have ordered breakfast to the room, and received our order as per our request, and on time. delivery was fresh, and eggs were recently cooked, not cold. Rooms were so comfortable we did not have any problem. we did not use the SPA, but menu was large, and looked like fancy.
