Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive to every detail, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect – close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh options. I would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality and pleasant experience.

Excellent value for money. Very big room with huge super-soft bed and nice balcony. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful - special thanks to the lovely man on reception who shared his meal with me when all the food shops were closed (sorry I didn't catch your name - you are a lifesaver :) )

The hotel is not far from the centre of Ramallah, but is in a quiet area easier for parking. I had a corner room with windows on 2 sides and a balcony. The room had lots of space, including a small kitchen. The breakfast served on the top floor was nice, and I particularly enjoyed the juice with fresh herbs.

The location is great, and the building is exceptionally clean with all facilities included and available: well working wifi, all kitchen appliances (even two different coffee machines!) washing machine, AC conditioner, multiple bathrooms well kept, clean carpets, couches and nice chairs all over the place to relax! beds are comfortable and fresh towels and sheets with blankets are available together with lockers and locks for the most forgetful ones! value for price is absolutely perfect. Taher and his family really go beyond expectations! From providing you with all indications to reach th Hostel villas with ease, and accompany you, explaining about the area, the history and life in the city, as well as local tips and events for the night life and concerts. You can warm up yourself under the sun in the garden around, some couch and sofa in the outside patios and terrace, relax in the main living room or eat and learn as much as you wish about the local life also joining one group or the owners taking you out for breakfast in the weekend :) Amazing, wonderful place. I felt at home all the time. Thank you.

What an incredible city to visit, the people are warm and welcoming, Ramallah is a vibrant city with lots to see, particular highlight was the Yasser Arafat museum. The food is delicious and there are many restaurants and places to eat. 10/10 for the experience

Ramallah people said why do you want to go there it's a horrible war zone. How wrong they were ! . We felt safe and welcome everywhere we went. Groups of youths messing around on street corners at night, we walked straight through them no bad comments just hello and smiles. You don't get that in my home town. Go to Palistine you will be pleasantly surprised

I was in Ramallah for two nights, quivalent to three days.

I was in Ramallah for two nights, quivalent to three days. I was travelling alone, so this amount was just right, but if i had travelled with friends i could have stayed more days. It's the cultural centre of the West Bank, with opportunities for theatres, concerts, bars, muesums, art and delicious food. Also if you're on a study trip or travelling for "less touristic" purposes it's a great city to talk to people, and many organizations have their offices here, including the PA. Have to add that i'm a woman in early 20s travelling alone, but never felt unsafe here. Palestinian people are very helpful and welcoming!!

Mohammed is a wonderful person, he's not only a host, he can become a friend and will help you with anything you need or want. His house if perfectly located, you can do practically anything without needing a taxi or a drive. The house is well decorated and very clean. You will find anything you need in the bathroom and the view on the balcony is absolutely magical during the sunset. Can't wait to come back to Ramallah at Mohammed's house.

Facilities, best nights of sleep I had all trip long, mattress and blankets super cozy and comfortable. Way above what you expect for bunk beds, and the single room just feels like a hotel room, it's awesome. Add to that the amazing staff - Jarir personally helped fix my leg injury that could have been awful for the test of the trip - and it's been my favourite place by far in Palestine! Cannot recommend enough.

Everything, the hotel was amazing – everything was clean, well taken care of, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were always helpful, attentive, and truly made our stay special. On our last day, they even surprised us with drinks and chocolates as a thank-you, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

Farah Locanda is a beautifully-restored old town house, and a genuine treasure. The team are wonderful and extremely knowledgeable about the area. Definitely get recommendations of where to eat and do a foodie tour. And make sure to have at least one meal in the hotel.
