A pleasant little mountain town, perfect if you want plenty of rest and fresh air. Restaurants are scarce but good. For a bit of culture, you've got the amazing Caramulo Museum (focused mainly on automobiles but it also has an excellent art collection, containing art by some of the great masters, such as Picasso and Dali). Caramulo is a great place to enjoy with a great past.
Caramulo is a great place to enjoy with a great past. The mountains welcome you. There are many trails and the landscape is beautiful. You may enjoy one of the best car museums in Europe. The food is great.Guest review byJoséPortugal

They were spacious with big windows in 3 directions, lovely furnishings with comfy bed. The bathroom is modern and lovely and having a jacuzzi with blue skies and a lovely view was the icing on the cake! Also probably the best breakfast we’ve had in Portugal!
