Walking distance to really good restaurants, nice and quiet area. There's plenty of nice places around on a walking distance as well. You have a working mini fridge, that is enough to stora about 10 bottles of whatever you want. (yes I know, however this has been a pain lately, as less and less places will have non working appliances). Essentially the place is quite alright, it isn't a 5 star hotel for sure, but it's definitely a great value for the money you spend.

The Social Hub Porto was a wonderful choice for my two-night stay. The design is modern, fresh and creative — perfect for relaxing or working. The location is excellent, very central and close to everything. I especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was also great, with a good variety and fresh ingredients. A very comfortable and inspiring place — I’d definitely come back!

With its great location on the banks of Douro and its unobstructed view of the Luis I bridge, we found that the Rebello offers an excellent accommodation experience: fabulous breakfasts, rooftop restaurant with splendid views, very comfortable, beautifully furnished and spacious rooms, pet friendly policy and, above all, fantastic staff - alert and always ready to help. From the moment I checked-in, I felt welcome, and I have to mention the very attentive staff, especially in the breakfast room. They made sure you never ran out of (well-made) coffee and juice , and if you wanted something else than from the buffet, They would offer you a variety of choises from the menu. Absolutely wonderful breakfast. The room was lovely and at my arrival there was a bottle of water and a plate of pastel de nata. Really nice. I was quite surprised that I had a seaview in the distance from my room on the 3rd floor. The crown in the juvel was the rooftop terrace with heated pool, bar and nice lounge music. I will definately return to Renaissance hotel another time.
