It was short couple break which was planned last minute. We decided to spend it in Qatar, but in a quiet area far from city centre and diplomatic area . Although The OQ was attractive logo, there were only few reviews that can help to make a decision to stay there in such special break, but the price and photos of high floors and sea views were attractive… and thanks God the reality was beyond our expectations. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with that lovely smile, warm reception and chat from Sufian, Hajar, Yasin and all the guys at the entrance associated with big wows about the OQ decoration and beauty. The team choice of our suite 1103 was another story started from the spacious area,balcony sea views and the suite’s decoration and ambiance completed by special warm and gentle welcoming card, complementary sweet tray and red flowers bouquet from the famous name in hotels’ hospitality Chole Chlala (The OQ GM) which took our breath away:) Mr.Rashaunt’s touch for the red flowers on the bed, Ms. Prushanthani housekeeping team leader added some special warm feelings as soon as we entered. Our stay at Ezdan Palace Hotel was truly exceptional. The hotel is stunning, beautifully designed, luxurious, and it smells incredible the moment you walk in. Everything during our stay felt perfect. We were kindly upgraded to an amazing suite as we were celebrating our honeymoon, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room was immaculate throughout our stay. A special thank you to the housekeeping team who made sure it was spotless every single day. Breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of high-quality options, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were visiting for the Grand Prix, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. I would recommend this hotel a hundred times over, not only for its cleanliness and luxury, but because the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and very well cared for. A heartfelt shoutout to Maroua from the team, who was incredibly sweet and extended our checkout time free of charge so we could enjoy our last day comfortably. Her kindness truly made a difference. Highly recommended!

Upon our arrival, Juan greeted us warmly—friendly, youthful, yet precise in his welcome. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the breakfast was absolutely divine. In the evening, there was a small misunderstanding with the taxi, which was my fault, but Sandra at reception handled the situation calmly and professionally resolving everything and expertly upselling us by guiding us to the bar. There, Margarita took over and dazzled us with the secret cocktail menu. Upon our departure, Ádám assisted with check-out, also greeting us with a big smile and helpful attitude. We thank the entire team and congratulate the management—this was an unforgettable experience, and we will definitely return.

I would definitly return to the Staybridge Suites (Doha Lusail by IHG) when the opportunity arises. The staff, particularly Syrine and Chadi, is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location (Lusail Marina), the accommodation is luxurious, and the breakfast - especially the croisant, is one of the best in Doha. Anyone searching for comfort, convenience, and first-rate service should absolutely stay at this hotel, in my opinion.
