The building is new and so the room is fresh and feels new, especially the kitchen and bathroom are spotless. I liked that all the facilities worked and have been keep in nice condition. The parking access and space was really great too. I liked the space to move or sit at the table or lounge or on the balcony.

The place is located in a quiet area but not too far from the centre of the town where we managed to go by public transport. Looks Exactly like in pictures. It is very quiet, the building is new. Even in summer the apartment is not hot, even though the AC is functional you can get along really well even without it. You have all the facilities you need to cook a quick meal, so it is really worth it. The owner is very helpful and kind too.
