The staff was very helpful. Our flight was delayed so we arrived very late. We called ahead of time to alert the hotel. The staff was very helpful and left our room keys in the reception. The hotel is pretty close to the airport, the rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is good.

There is a lot to like about this hotel. The shuttle driver was at the airport when arrived, which was nice as didn’t have to wait for a ride. At the hotel, Daniela greeted me when I arrived. She was very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for the night and the next morning. My room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had options to suite everyone’s taste. Andrei checked me out of the hotel and spoke to me in my native language (French). It was unexpected, but appreciated and very charming. The shuttle driver dropped me off at the airport with lots of time to spare. Also, the fact the hotel was so close to the airport was reassuring, as the roads in Sofia get jammed during peak hour, and you can be stuck there for quite some time.

The hotel was warm, friendly welcoming and convenient. The shuttle to and from the airport worked well. The hotel was clean and there were helpful amenities such as tea/ coffee and water in rooms. The restaurant was good value with a varied menu , food was great, served promptly. All staff spoke English, and all were friendly and keen to help. Location was perfect for prompt connections to flights. There are good public transport links into the city too. There is no lift, but this was not an issue as staff helped to carry bags. No noticeable noise from airport or main road with windows closed. No noise from other guests.

The airport is not great at all, the staff are not friendly,...

The airport is not great at all, the staff are not friendly, and the available food is terrible. the food is so overpriced for an airport and does not look fresh. In the Duty Free, the staff are on their phone and do not want to help. The toilets are disgusting and covered in faeces or broken locks. Would not recommend at all.

Well located to the airport.

Well located to the airport. Easy to access with train line nearby. Very comfortable and well appointed apartment. We needed somewhere comfortable just for one night and this suited us perfectly. Some shops and restaurants nearby.

I had a great time with my children in Bucharest.

I had a great time with my children in Bucharest. The bus system helps you get around the city cheaply. Uber is also very affordable. Our highlight was spending the day at the famous Therme Spa, lots to do, fun slides, restaurants, outdoor space and lots of lounge beds. Great locker system with a wristband for all your needs, you then pay at the end. Drinks and desserts are delicious, food is OK. You can catch a shuttle bus from the spa straight to the airport, so we were able to stay at the spa right up to the end of our stay. Most people were friendly and helpful if they were able to speak English. Perfect for families, couples or adult group trips.

Location to the main road, Buses, McDonalds, Lidl walking...

Location to the main road, Buses, McDonalds, Lidl walking was 15 mins . Convince store in the area not too far. Clean neighbourhood Built up area. Close enough to The Therme Spa,10 minute taxi ride. Can catch uber or bolt around €8-€10 not even . I think because we were 5 people it was a little more so will be less of 3people. Close to airport too. Can catch bus or taxi. Must visit Edenland for the children and yourself. Zip lining, archery, fun day out.

The women are quite racist be careful, everything is quite far from the hotel and you need to book bolt's. Make sure you carry a charging point converter because the hotel doesnt have the UK plugs and dont have any points available.

We stayed two nights and really enjoyed it. The rooms are clean, very warm, hot water, clean linens. All of our 5 rooms were great. 👍🏼 The hotel has a chic restaurant in the Romanian style and national food. We had good breakfasts, delicious coffee and an excellent dinner in the evening. The meat is just beyond words how delicious 😇 All the staff are great, they do a great job. Thank you very much, our stay was comfortable, we enjoyed it. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Clean, hip, comfortable and featuring very friendly staff. The location is excellent, albeit potentially difficult to get to, as there are both private parkings and car rental facilities right next to the hotel. The breakfast is good as there are plenty of choices when it comes to both foodstuffs and beverages.

The hotel is located near the airport. It's very clean, fresh and modern. There is a petrol station very close with a shop to buy snacks and drinks. The staff were friendly and helpful. We got a fairly late check-out at no additional cost. It's also very easy for uber pick ups. This is a nice hotel.
