It's the second time we stayed here and didn't disappointed. Everything was great, staff very friendly and professional. Food there is amazing and varied, we had dinner and breakfast. The room is very comfortable, good temperature, very quiet, it seems we are in the middle no where we didn't hear any noise at all. The bed and the pillows were just right, we had a perfect night sleep. The shower has a good pressure and it was so easy to put on the right temperature.

There is a lot to like about this hotel. The shuttle driver was at the airport when arrived, which was nice as didn’t have to wait for a ride. At the hotel, Daniela greeted me when I arrived. She was very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for the night and the next morning. My room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had options to suite everyone’s taste. Andrei checked me out of the hotel and spoke to me in my native language (French). It was unexpected, but appreciated and very charming. The shuttle driver dropped me off at the airport with lots of time to spare. Also, the fact the hotel was so close to the airport was reassuring, as the roads in Sofia get jammed during peak hour, and you can be stuck there for quite some time.

I had the pleasure of staying at Phoenicia Comfort Hotel, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The location was convenient, offering reasonable access to popular attractions and local dining options, although it is situated a bit far from the city center. The staff were courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was modern, spotless, and featured all the conveniences I needed for a comfortable stay.
