This was my third stay at Jumeirah Makkah and it once again exceeded my expectations. The staff were welcoming, professional and attentive at every moment. My room was elegantly designed, spotless and offered a breathtaking, unobstructed view of the Haram. The dining options were refined and varied, and every detail of the hotel is clearly curated to enhance the experience of pilgrims. My experience was beyond words. From the minute we checked in till we departed, everything was beyond expectations. Mr Wahbi at the reception is very helpful and friendly. Ms Mashael from the operator is very efficient. The service provided is very prompt when I requested for room service it were delivered promptly. Shuttle service is great and efficient too. Alhamdullilah all is perfect! We will certainly return and choose le Meridien Towers Makkah for our next trip to Makkah for Umrah insha'Allah. MasyaAllah tabarakallah

I really liked the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, everything was well organized. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, with everything you might need nearby. Breakfast was delicious and varied. I felt just like at home. I highly recommend this place!

    I am not going to recommend this place to anyone because no...

    I am not going to recommend this place to anyone because no customer service and you have to wait for elevator for long. Room is so dirty and bathroom was not good at all. Bidet was leaking whole time we asked them but they failed to fix it too. We have to ask so many times for toilet paper but they don’t want to give us and shower situation was bad too. In simple words they don’t care about anything even you ask them to help or fix anything

    The address was not existent, keep taking you to tunnel in the high way and once you are out it says you should go back. The contact number provided is out of service. Booking has no facility to deal with such urgent issues!

    The stuff are OK.

    The stuff are OK. The location is very bad , Since it is in very weird location and it is in the mountain , The street in the path to hotel is very bad. It is quit hard to reach haram and come back to the hotel. Short location is very very bad.
