We had upgraded room twice once by booking.com and the other by the hotel. Plenty of water, coffee and tea. Amoauge brand soup and cream Excellent breakfast New hotel. The Harsm just across the road.

The location was beautiful and near to Al'Haram. The suite was bigger than what I thought. They had 1 Bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and TV lounge. Then We had a Beautiful room with attached bathroom.

The place is excellent,clean and nice. Staff are good and respectful especially Mustafa. We were allowed to check-in earlier.This is much appreciated.

I really liked the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, everything was well organized. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
