The owner is the best! Abofaisal is amazing! He is super attentive and will go above and beyond to ensure that you will have the most pleasant stay at his place. The apartment is super clean and modern, the rooms are very spacious, towels and toiletries are provided, and each room is equipped with a fridge, microwave, and water kettle. The apartment is in a good location. We had our own car and there is plenty of parking available right next to the house. There is also a 24/7 minimart right next to the house and some eateries close by. All attractions in Alula were easily reachable with our own car, Alula Old Town is approx. a 15 minutes drive. If you don't have your own car, Abofaisal can help you to organize transportation and book tours to all the tourist attractions. Overall a very pleasant stay and we would certainly stay there again next time we are visiting Alula!

This place most certainly deserves 10/10 review. The entire place spotless and very beautifully setup. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I will definitely be keeping out on availability if ever back in AlUla.

I recommended this accommodation because the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean, the location was good, and we could easily find a parking spot. The Wi-Fi worked very fast.

We enjoyed the stay, it was quiet location close to the historical center (20 min by car). The beds and beddings were comfortable. Ahmed was attentive over the phone to arrange everything we needed. Would stay again next time again.

I loved the sofa, the comfortable bed, the beautiful carpet and the very beautiful and stylish design! It was in a quiet location. The host was very responsive via WhatsApp.
