I booked for my mother’s birthday and it exceeded every expectation. The building itself is stunning, a historic property that has been beautifully refurbished. The service was outstanding. The team even left a note for my mother’s birthday, and everyone, especially Lydia and Helena, though every member of the team went out of their way to make our stay special. A small issue in one bathroom (some flooding in a shower), was immediately solved and the staff even offered to move us to another room at no cost. That kind of care makes all the difference. What makes the hotel even more special is how full of life it feels, with local families coming for lunch and dinner, adding to its authentic and welcoming atmosphere. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Spacious, comfortable and very well equipped facilities. There is a communal fridge and small kitchen area. They were extremely welcoming to our small dog, setting up a mattress and bowls for him. The metro is just by the door, the old town is across the bridge and the ferry to the Djurgården is less than 10 min walk. Excellent location to visit the center of Stockholm
