Very friendly atmosphere and reminded us of our university days, though we were not the only "aged" couple. Room is spartan but comfortable and great for a couple of cosy nights. Breakfast was great too.

I had a beautiful vacation at the Aurora River Camp. We had one of the glass igloos facing the river and spent 4 wonderful nights there. We saw the aurora on all four nights. The igloo comes with a small kitchenette and emergency toilet. There is a really comfortable and cozy common house with a kitchen, toilet and luxurious breakfast. Tony and all the staff are super approachable and helpful. We had the sauna and barbeque at the camp which were amazing experiences. We saw a grand show of the Northern Lights on our last day there and the best part was that we could enjoy it from the warmth of our room. There are lots of fun activities at the camp and around it. I would highly recommend the Husky sledding.
