Staff was amazing! We asked for a baby chair and they had it at the hotel, but with no tray. As we needed it for feeding our baby, they bought a new one asap for us!

Hotel was generally very good. Staff in the hotel were very nice. The room was quite calm. It's good for the rest. For sure, I will come back to this hotel during my next trip to Uppsala.
