Everything about this place met my expectations! There is plenty parking in the resort so no need to worry where to leave your car during the stay. Train station to Štrbske Pleso is nearby so we almost didn't need to move the car at all. We were very warmly welcomed with glasses of prosecco :) The rooms were very clean and spacious, towels, bathrobes and toiletries were provided. Spa area is clean and we enjoyed using it (pool, kids pool, jacuzzi, 3 saunas, relax area), also massages are available. We had breakfast and dinner included and there were plenty options to choose from for both, especially the dinner was diverse so no fear from getting bored and eating the same every day. I would especially compliment the staff, everyone is very friendly, accommodating, kind and helpful.

The accommodation is located in a quiet area. We were able to receive the keys smoothly. The host responded very quickly to messages, communication was easy. It was excellent value for money. Two separate large bedrooms. With plenty of space. The kitchen was very well equipped, I can even imagine a stay of several days. The accommodation was close to the programs we were looking for.

    The place is just beautifull, mountains are greal I love it in different time of the year. Transport is great however if you are paying for cable cars it can get expensive but simillary you will pay the price in different countries. If skying it is worth booking the passes in advance as it saves a lot of money.

    My 3rd time in High Tatra' and decided to stay for a month this time and loving it! Too many peeks to climb 😉. Very well marked trails with beautiful nature. Plenty of high peeks to climb although for some certified guide is required. And don't be fooled that the highest peeks are not as high as in the alps...it is very hard work and training is required to be able to climb them. Definitely a contender to Alps

    Beautiful area especially in early June (15-30) when it's not overrun by tourists. Great for families and larger groups with many activities for each generation. Recommended visits: spa treatment at the Grand Hotels at Kempinski, Grand Hotel, and Hotel Lominca; hiking or taking a cable car to the 'plesa'--mountain lakes.

    If you are into challenging hiking this is the place to be.

    If you are into challenging hiking this is the place to be. There is skiing in winter, but we were there in summer and loved it. Be prepared for the language barrier: English is not much understood, probably better if you speak German. Luckily staff at the cableways and important tourist sites do speak English.

    If you want to explore the south side of the Tatra mountains it is a convenient place to stay, as there is a regular (mountain) train up to Strbske Pleso (lake area), as well as a bus service to Poprad. Stops within walking distance. Alternatively you can hike up (blue trail). The apartment is modern and comfortable with excellent facilities such as hot shower (with bath!), WiFI and a well equipped kitchen. Beds are comfortable and the place was clean. The staff person online was friendly and helpful.

    Perfect location just next to the Sibir station! Close to everything what is needed to have fun in High Tatras. The wellness part was better than expected (you book it for you for given hour, first come first served). The apartament was equipped really good, everything what you need for a shorter or longer stay (paper towel, utensils etc.). Not too big but big enough. Comfortabled bed. Friendly and helpful host. Very clean.

    Mixed mood: Breakfast was good, dinner poor. The waiters were friendly but the Hotel Management was rude. Part of the Apartment we booked was nice, but one of the rooms was with the mattress on the floor like in a youth Hostel? Parking space was included at least.

    Excellent, spacious apartment. Perfectly clean. Good location, close to trails, shops and restaurants. Big bonus is private sauna in the apartment. Easy self check-in and check out. Definitely recommend.
