The Staff extremely helpfull and friendy. Breakfast was really good and location was great next to the river, sound of floating water was very calming. We aaa monkeys jumping on roofs next to us. The whole area of resort was full of different plants and flowers

Excellent place. Very near the town with bars and restaurants just next to it. Very large and spotless clean rooms, with kettle and coffee, very comfortable beds, quiet. The bungalow outside is very comfortable and has a nice porch outside. The owner is a very nice woman who helped me out by booking the one day tour and even took us to the van station outside of town upon our check.

Our room was amazing with garden view, AC and very spacious. The staff were very helpful. They organised a tour to the lake for us and even offered free breakfast on that day. Very cozy and friendly atmosphere. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

This is a beautiful property nestled by the river. Inn, the owner of BanTonRuk was especially kind in making sure I had all the facilities. He speaks great English! He even arranged for a taxi for an unconventional and distant site-seeing. He made sure he was available for all my queries or concerns. And even offered to help over the phone if I had any need for translation! The property is not very far from the Bus station, and young travelers can reach from there by walk. But smaller tuktuks are available for cheap. There is also a mall and a petrol bunk close by.

The location, the accommodation was very big, clean and modern. Really liked the free shuttle down to the town too. Very helpful staff. They helped us order food in and couldn’t do enough for us. So friendly. We also had a floating breakfast delivered to our room, memories to last a lifetime.

Very clean and lovely. They arranged everything for us: they picked us up from the Surathani airport, arranged Jungle safari for that evening, arranged overnight water bungalows (including transportation to the pier) also were able to arrange transportation to Krabi from there. Before traveling to the place it seemed complicated process on how to get all transportation arranged. If I would know that in advance I would worry less and just get there.
