Great little paradise, hidden gem. Received a lovely welcome, the facilities in our small house were really nice, we felt right like at home. Also good breakfast. Enjoyed our time a lot.

Everything exceeded our expectations. Villa was very clean, with beautiful japanese style, best-quality interior. The Owner Nana was very supportive and super friendly, while still repsecting our privacy. We felt the love the owners invested to create this awesome location. It was very relaxing to spent time in the evening on the quiet terrace with view on the river. Also the garden was very impressive with various exotic plants. Once we had a flat tire on our motorbike the owner directly jumped in and called a relative, who repaired our bike in 15minutes for a very very cheap and fair price. We definitely would spent another night here, when coming back to Ayutthaya. ♥♥♥♥♥

What I like the most is the services, great smile and eyes contact. It was an amazing weekend ever! Food is also fantastic and affordable.

Just WOW !!! Beautiful house, large and modern room with the best bedding I had. Their blanket and pillows are so soft, like you sleep under a cloud. Most 5 star hotels don‘t have such an amazing blanket.

We had an incredible stay in this guesthouse. A lovely, warm and interesting starter for our first voyage to Thailand. The family made us feel very comfortable, relaxed in a wonderful surrounding. Thank you so much for welcoming us at the airport, show us the foodmarket, temple. Father and daughter showed us Ayutthaya, explained us history. We had a nice dinner and evening and met other members of this lovely family, all living in the same area. Thank you for your kindness which made our short stay so nice. We definately will come back. Absolutely amazing stay at one love. The location is perfect! The historical sites are literally at the end of the road. There’s also a decent bar at the end of the road and a 7 eleven a couple of minutes walk away. I was welcomed very warmly and despite a mix up with booking.com I was given an upgrade to a private bungalow at no extra price. The hotel also offers breakfast and bike loans. Amazing staff and amazing place in the best location in Ayutthya and all for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this place and will be staying here again on my next visit!
