It is a quiet and beautiful spot with close by facilities for markets and shops. The breakfast and meals are amazing and you will never eat pasta anywhere else that comes close to the delights available here. A super tasty evening meal from a real quality chef. The American breakfast was also above expectations (Bacon and real butter aren't even common in the poshest hotels around here). I didn't try the cakes but they looked amazing. The bed was actually soft and not the typical Thai plank. There was even a complimentary tooth brush kit in the room, a small thing showing that the owners are really thinking about looking after their guests.

Excellent service, very friendly staff, comfortable room with functional areas, stylish interior. Special thanks to the kind girl Khoong. I recommend visiting Chiang Rai and its surroundings in low season and getting good prices for accommodation in this hotel. There is a good Japanese restaurant nearby with an interesting courtyard
