The facilities and breakfast were amazing. The swimming pools were really nice. The small one had shaded area, our son loved the slide in the medium one and the water was warm in the big one. The breakfast offered a big variety and the food tasted good. The prices and quality of food and drinks in the bar were ok. There is also a small playground. The hotel had three times a week film sessions for kids in the garden area. The staff was helpful. Easy and close access to the beach and night markets.

What was not to love? The location was amazing. Having the pool just steps away from our door was clutch. Food, shopping and beach all just a few steps away from our hotel. Great staff, very clean room, comfortable bed. I will DEFINITELY return if we come back to Phuket. Loved the bar on site!!

Our room was incredible – a huge, spacious suite cleverly divided by a partition into two separate rooms. This was perfect for our family, allowing the kids to have their own space while we had ours. We stayed on the ground floor with a balcony that led directly into the massive and beautiful pool. Waking up and being able to step right into the water was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere around the pool and bar area was exactly what we dreamed of for a vacation. The music playlist was fantastic and really created that perfect, relaxing holiday vibe.

    Great, long and clean beach.

    Great, long and clean beach. Sadly, the sea was too rough for swimming most of the time, but OK for splashing through the waves. It occasionally calmed down in the late afternoon/evening. This was in low season, so to be expected. A bit naughty, the sun bed vendors required the same price (100 Baht) irrespective of how long or short a time you wanted to use them. I've no idea how (or if) they remembered you had paid if you went off for lunch etc.

    Kata is a lovely beach There are some expensive hotels that are directly fronting the beach and so their staff clean the beach each day. Beach chairs are available but not so many that they cannot be avoided if you just want to walk on the beach. At the time of year I was there the main activity was surfing at the southern end with many people taking lessons. Some nice cafes right on the beach at the southern end which is the nicest part.

    Our first time it was exceptional,the staff was great.Our room was the most impressive,especially the view of the beach from the balcony.Lots of great resturant around to choose from.Also 7/11 close by Easy to get around we did the night market zoo shopping mall.

    It's a long beach, not too crowded, and quite clean.

    It's a long beach, not too crowded, and quite clean. You can get a 2 chairs under the umbrella for 100 THB for the whole day, they even give you a hand broom to brush off the sand and a bottle of water. There is a clean toilet nearby which you can use spending 10 THB.

    beautifull beach that can be busy and too much waves in the afternoon. And if you like to swim and quiet like me, the best is in the morning but then again I was there in a low season (raining) so nice for a week

    Aircon worked well, and good minibar in the room. The staff are all friendly and helpful when our tour transfers were running late to find out where they were. Great views from one side of the building. Is very close to the main kata beach but being up the hill it means at night you can't hear all the noise from the bars etc. Second room we stayed in for last night was nicer with a lovely view. Showers always had hot water if we wanted it. Definitely worth staying if you are looking for something on the cheaper side in Kata/Phuket.

    Amazing hotel in the centre of Kata. Easy access to the beach, 10 mins walk only. It could have been faster as the beach is literally 20-25 meters away but access is blocked by the MedClub resort so you have to walk around but thats fine as we anyway needed to go buy some water and snacks on our way to the beach. Staff is very kind and helpful in all matters. Hotel rooms are very comfortable, modern and clean. Such a pleasant experience and we are definitely coming back to this hotel next time we visit Phuket.

    We stayed at Ozo Phuket for four nights and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, and the kids loved the pool—especially the waterslide. Despite being on a busy street, the rooms were quiet. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Kata Beach, which is very kid-friendly and ideal for families. Breakfast offered plenty of variety, though the bacon and eggs were a bit cold. Overall, no complaints—great hotel and facilities. Highly recommend!

    Excellent facilities (and pool with slides) for families, even though we are a couple, it was all non-intrusive. Very large breakfast operation - well done. The Kata beach area is definitely the right choice against the other areas on the west of Phuket.
