Amazing stay! The location is perfect, close to everything. The staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the big, clean rooms and daily housekeeping. Breakfast was tasty with good variety. The swimming pool is beautiful and relaxing. Highly recommended!

I was greeted by a lovely staff, you really felt welcomed. Service was "Top Notch"…All the food was tasty and an extra plus was the breakfast I ordered for the room. Exactly what I orders. So fresh!I had a deep bathtub on the terrace 🥂 ☀️ I have to say that even though the hotel was not directly located to a beach, I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be back.

Wow! We stayed in the Spring unit and it was a truly amazing stay. We missed the last ferry to Phi Phi and had to make a last minute booking for one night in Phuket Town from the taxi - the staff accommodated our sudden arrival. The unit (it’s more like an apartment than a hotel room) is exactly as pictured (the decor is amazing) and is really great value for money as it so much cheaper than a hotel in Patong. The unit has a small equipped kitchenette which makes it stand out if you’re staying for a few days. Great location in the middle of a great neighbourhood in Phuket Town. Would highly recommend a stay at 125 Baan.

the Service with the entire team is top notch. The Buttler assigned to my villa, Irainy, was the most amazing person i have come across. She is kind and patient. I fell sick and she called a pharmacy, then drove me there to get my medication. I wish all hotel staffs were Irainy. My 2nd favorite person was Nat, he came along for my half day private boat trip. the hotel is amazing, clean, smells good, view is mind blowing, good wifi, close to the beach, over all ambiance- chef kiss.

They were always available to assist us with any inquiries or requests we had, making our stay hassle-free and pleasant. Their professionalism was appreciated, contributing positively to our experience. In terms of location, Cafe@Luve offers convenience for those wanting to explore both Phuket town and nearby beaches. Situated on the outskirts of town, it provided a peaceful retreat while still being within easy reach of local attractions. Overall, our stay at Cafe@Luve met our expectations. With its clean accommodations, helpful staff, and convenient location, it provided a comfortable base for our time in Phuket. We would consider staying here again on future visits to the area
