The hosts are amazing. They are very friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The breakfast is made per order, and it is delicious. The location is not the typical tourist location as it is a bit out of the main attraction area, but we loved the fact that we could eat at a local restaurant where there is no English menu and get awaken by monks chanting at the temple next to the hotel. The hotel offers bicycles to ride in the neighbourhood and lifts to the Night Bazaar and the Old City.

Very nice, clean family-run hotel in a quiet location out of town. Large smart TV, large bathroom with rainfall shower and hot tub. Very comfortable bed. Room serviced every day with free water provided plus free water from the machine in the lobby 24/7. Clean pool and also gym equipment (treadmill, cross trainer and weights machine). Nice free breakfast with good selection. Friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble for them if we requested anything. Really enjoyed our stay, thanks.

Very clean, has a lot of potential to become one of the best places to stay in Chiang Mai. Staff very friendly and I really liked that there was an ashtray on the balcony. This shows that they have detail for providing good services.

New hotel with spacious rooms, solid construction and nice architecture. A small swimming pool and a very nice restaurant. The owner is so warm and welcoming and talks perfect English. He made us feel appreciated and was very kind and generous. We spent 5 days here and loved every one of them. Best hotel in Thailand!
