The hotel is very well maintained, very clean, smells nice and overall 10 out of 10. But what made our stay exceptional.....was the staff, they were so polite, happy people. And most of all was Yu at reception, she was amazing , for helping me to make my wife's surprise birthday even more special. Big thank you to Yu. Hotel management should be very proud of your staff. I've stayed in many hotels in Udon Thani and this is easily the best. The rooms are modern, spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly, happy and speak good English. Great food and cold drinks. Overall excellent hotel.

Very clean rooms, cold A/c. Hot shower and friendly staff. I forgot my Vape & they helped me to get it back. I stayed 9 nights but I did not make use of the room clean but they always left new towels & water outside my door.
