Amazing clean room, every day room service, nice garden. Very helpfull and nice host. She had a good advice about dinner and breakfast places, historical places to visit and she arrange afternoon trip for us from the hotel (tuk tuk and boat combination - 2 hours, good price, stop by three temples). Ten minutes walk to the big night market and historical city center.

Nice hostel, staff was great and very helpful. We were able to leave our bags before check in and after check out. The room was clean and comfortable. Just one window opening onto a wall. Free breakfast in the morning. Very good stay here!

The property is in the university campus but is privately run. Staff was very helpful. Plenty of parking. Relatively quiet at night although close to the highway. Room is large and decently equipped. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Thai choices were tasty. Nice fruit selection. Inexpensive. Will stay here again next time. Recommended for those looking for value for money accommodation with standard services.

Beautiful oasis in the heart of Ayutthaya, the serene Gardens are very peaceful and offer respite from the hot day. The location is very convenient to all of the historical sights and close to lovely restaurants and more. Breakfast was generous and enough to prepare us for the day ahead.
