This is one of the best value for money hotels I have stayed at in the world. Excellent value for money. Staff are very friendly and professional, the food options at the hotel are acceptable if you don't won't to make the effort to eat at one of the local restaurants. The internet is a 10/10n connection (I stayed for three weeks and never had a problem with the internet). The swimming pool is great if you don't want to go to the beach like me. And on the doorstep of the hotel is a lake you can walk or exercise around throughout the day.

I loved it all. You will however need transport if you want to see more of this area. I never drove with a scooter before but if you stay away from main traffic areas its not a problem. I now did it. The three beaches (Yanui, Nai Harn and Rawai)are close enough to see them all. The accommodation is clean and veeeeery quite which is always the greatest concern for me. The matras could not have been better. Thank you for a great stay

My family and I stayed at this lovely small hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable, with a small kitchen and all the necessary utensils for cooking, which was a nice touch. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. The hotel is located in a peaceful and quiet area, perfect for a relaxing stay. Cleaning is done every day, ensuring that the place stays neat and tidy. One of the biggest pluses was the availability of a washing machine in the hotel. When you're traveling with a child, it's an invaluable amenity, and it was very helpful. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy place to stay!

This is No Weed Smoking place, and this is its greatest advantage against many other local hotels which are tolerant. The host, Nipa, is always helpful. Good place for kids to see how much work needed from the staff to maintain gardens and cleaness.

    We really enjoy staying because the facilities are excellent and the staff are super friendly. Love the large, comfortable rooms and the kid-friendly pool. The enormous buffet is fantastic to start your day well and this time we enjoyed a relaxing facial.

    Absolutely stunning location with beautifully appointed rooms. There were many thoughtful inclusions, such as yoga mats, tea and coffee facilities, mini golf green with putter, multiple robes, toiletries, thongs, beach bag, stero system etc.

    Nai Harn is the best beach in Phuket (lacks showers though), but Phuket's beaches are quite terrible (dirty and crowdy). If you ant real Thai beach experience you should go to Natai beach, Khao Lak or even further north. Or just visit islands. Once you've been there, there is no coming back to Phuket

    The best beach in Phuket.

    The best beach in Phuket. Nice sand, very clean, in a little bay surrounded by green hills. I know I said very similar things about Kamala Beach, but Nai Harn is elevated. Really nice resort beach. What it does not have that Kamala does is all the support. Restaurants are far off the beach, limited lawn chairs that did not have integrated food and drink service, no massage huts, far walk from accommodations.

    Staying at Nai Harn Beach is ok if you have your own...

    Staying at Nai Harn Beach is ok if you have your own transport everything is so spread out . There are no bike taxi but if you have the app for Thai taxi you get a taxi . So it is best that you have your own transport. The beach is neat and clean and good swimming

    I had a super amazing stay at Symphony Villa. The villa was huge with separate kitchen and outdoor seating area. Mam and Kuan were a spectacular host. They looked after me with so much care which I appreciated. In a sea of high end resorts and hotels in Phuket, Mam and Kuan were able to create a spectacular accommodation for their guests with so much personal touches that put them so far ahead of other resorts/hotels in the island. Thank you Mam, Kuan and the entire team behind this amazing place

    Really quiet, exceptionally comfortable bed and impressive blackout curtains meant we slept so well. The resort is a little out of the way, so you'll need to use the shuttle to get to the beach or a taxi to get to restaurants, cheap massages etc. The staff were wonderful, and nothing was too much trouble. The onsite day spa was a real treat and it's worth spending a bit more to have a room with pool access.

    It was really nice to have a decent sized private pool with the 4 bedroom villa. Each room is a good size. The living and kitchen were well equipped including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster etc. The location is good with restaurants, 7-Eleven, massage places and pharmacy nearby. The setup is ideal for a family holiday.

    The hotel location is superb! It locates nest to Nai Harn beach, which was so beautiful and clean. We visited this hotel 3 years ago and we were so impressed, so we decided to make another reservation for this summer. The staffs were so nice and they upgraded our room! Also the breakfast was extraordinary!
