Our stay at this stunning beachfront hotel was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, we were completely blown away by the location — nestled right on a secluded bay with direct access to a private beach. Waking up each morning to the sound of gentle waves and panoramic views over the turquoise water was an experience I’ll never forget. The rooms were spacious, beautifully appointed, and designed to maximize the breath-taking surroundings. Having our own uninterrupted view of the bay from the balcony felt like a slice of paradise all to ourselves. The food was equally impressive — every meal was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. Whether it was a relaxed beachfront breakfast, a sunset cocktail, or a romantic dinner under the stars, the dining experiences were consistently outstanding. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the staff. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring, they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Every interaction felt personal, and the level of service was thoughtful without ever being intrusive. If you're looking for a luxurious, peaceful getaway with stunning natural beauty, incredible food, and heartfelt hospitality, this is the place. We left feeling completely refreshed, grateful, and already planning our return.

I love this place so much! The best mix of absolutely stunning beautiful location with lots to do (rock climbing, islands, jungle) while staying at the most chill, not overcrowded hostel with lovely staff, fun but not too loud events! Best place to relax, explore and have a beautiful time!

I loved everything about this hotel. But situated a little outside the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang is even better. The view of the lime stone cliff was spectacular. I highly recommend this place for people in search of wholesome energy!

So there might be a cockeral who gets up at 5.40 every morning, you might get disturbed by monkeys having a dance on your bungalow's roof, you may even wake up to no electricity, water and heaven forbid WiFi! But all this is part of the charm, Tee, Marc, Pin and the gang are smiles all round and soon you will be too. The location really is in the jungle and to die for, plus as a counter balance you've also got the bustling resort of Ao Nang near enough.... I survived walking it, but scooters and taxis are also available. The bungalows are amazing, everything you need, nothing you don't. This place is special, and as long as you can cope with the odd bug and the above without freaking out, book it, enjoy it, you probably won't ever forget it......

Amazing staff, very helpful. During check in we got a cold towel and a refreshing mocktail and the reception staff was extremely nice and polite. 2 days of our stay we had an early excursion so we could not be on breakfast but the staff prepared breakfast for us to take eith us on excursions which was amazing! The other days we ate breakfast at the hotel and it is delicious! The room is really big and i think it was the most comfortable bed we ever slept in. Loved everything about this place, would book again for sure!

Great location only accessible by boat, no power during day 10am-5pm You rely on long tail boats for day trips over to Railay, Ao Nang and islands trip Loved some of the food there especially Nuri was the best, Ton Sai Sao and the Burger King Kong (breakfasts) were good

The hotel is good enough - nothing to complain really apart...

The hotel is good enough - nothing to complain really apart from the fact that it feels old and for what you pay I expect a better bed a better bathroom etc - also Tonsai beach is mainly for climbers as the beach is not so beautiful - if you want beautiful beaches then go to some islands - if you want to climb then Tonsai is perfect for you

I love this area of Thailand.

I love this area of Thailand. Having stayed at Railay Beach 3 times previously I was unsure about trying Tonsai Beach but I'm so pleased we did. Would definitely choose Tonsai and Tinidee Resort in future.

I enjoy the peace and quiet and the garden/jungle setting of...

I enjoy the peace and quiet and the garden/jungle setting of the resort. I think the only drawback is for senior or less agile visitors in that access is only by long tail boat but if you landed on the 6th of June 1944 in Normandy then you've done it all before at this time nobody is shooting at you. I think most people enjoy the boat rides but be prepared to get wet.
