Manuel and Sophia were delightful hosts who were very sensitive to the needs of their guests and always happy to give advice, réservé taxis and restaurants etc. The hotel is in a beautiful but isolated spot, far from the Tourist Zone, so be prepared to rent a car or take taxis, which are very reasonably priced. There is a large pool and it’s possible also to swim at the beach across the road. Sophia is a wonderful cook so eating at the hotel is a good option. We will definitely be back.

This place is truly amazing and it exceeded our expectations by far. The calm washes over you as soon as you step in and we found ourselves loosing sense of time just watching the ebb and tide. On one side of the house you have small bay with fishing boats, and on the other side you'll find a small and calm beach. Leila and Faycal, the owners of the house, treated us with such warmth and we really felt we've made friends for life. From the sunrises, to the starry nights, this is a place you definitely shouldn't miss if your planning a trip to Djerba! We highly recommend a stay at Dar Bidha and hope to be back ourselves someday.

The property is new, welcoming, and beautifully designed — definitely one of the nicest rooms we’ve ever stayed in. The pool is a real treat on hot days, offering the perfect refreshment. The beds are incredibly comfortable. But above all, it’s the kindness of the hosts — always friendly and smiling, always, always, always. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious, clean and cute (we were tempted to buy a lot of the decorations) and the property overall was lovely! Even though it was located in the middle of the old town, noise wasn't a problem, the little sound there was from the stalls added to the atmosphere. And as a bonus, the breakfast was above our expectations.

The property was clean quiet in a beautiful place near the market. The host was helpful and respectful had air conditioning in all the rooms. I wood stay here again it’s better than a hotel.

It is a lovely flat, perfect for a solo traveller or couple. Very near to the centre of Houmt Souk (5/10 minutes on foot). Also very near to Carrefour supermarket! Rim was very helpful, giving me some useful advice and recommendations. Communication with her was excellent.
