All the staff was very welcoming and helpful. We had even had a free upgrade upon check-in. It's an amazing place with great view and relaxing. Spacious bungalow and they have a wonderful spread for breakfast. Dinner at the restaurant was also excellent. Near to Trabzon airport, a good stopover for us before boarding our flight the next day.

Everything was amazing. Reception and staff welcomed us so well. I think his name was Ozgur and a syrian guy, both were very welcoming. The hotel is exactly like on the picture.
