As an all-inclusive hotel, it is much smaller than i am accustomed to in Jamaica, but i like the relaxing atmosphere and the ease at which the staff carried out their different tasks. the vast variety of food, and the availability of times for the buffets. The personalized attention and care I received from certain staff members, especially in guest relations, added a special touch to my stay. The guest relations team was outstanding. Their ability to connect with guests on a personal level and address any concerns promptly was impressive. The fact that they were fluent in English was also a huge plus. Leonie and Sadaf, in particular, were exceptional in making our stay memorable with their kindness and dedication.

The hotel was very clean , great pool and breakfast was delicious. But what made it wonderful was the staff. The manager - such an exceptional guy. Helped us with everything we asked.
