Staff were really professional and friendly, room was big, stylish and clean, pillow selection is great idea, bed was big and comfortable, shower was clean and water pressure, temperature were all perfect, room service is 24/7 available and they even prepared things were not in the menu and food/deserts were really delicious, location is perfect. I first found it expensive, and I booked it anyway because they had fewer negative comments than other hotels, and I am happy I did so. Definitely would stay again. 💯

The staff were really attentive. I don’t think that I have been to a hotel where the staff have been so helpful. Everywhere I stayed in Turkey the hotels were great but these guys really put a lot of pride in their service. Thank you Alves Hotel. I hope you guys this level of hospitality next time you go on holiday.

Beautiful room with a very soft and comfortable bed. Spotless clean. Staff was incredibly helpful and polite. Breakfast is amazing! Open buffet with a lot of QUALITY choices. Great area to reach everywhere. Metro stations are 50 meters, the big Kemeralti Bazaar is just 200 meters. If you want to go to the Alsancak area is a very nice 1 km walk. 100% recommended.
