Great hotel, in a pleasant and very quiet location close to all interesting places in Cappadocia. Staying in a cave room is an amazing experience. Everywhere is clean and attentive staff. Special thanks to the receptionist Ilker who was very helpful. Perfect Turkish and rich breakfast. We recommend.

One of the all-time best hotels we've stayed at! Very clean and comfortable - especially the king sized bed and amazing shower - and the most epic breakfast buffet we came across during our six weeks in Turkey, but what really puts this hotel in the 1% of hotels are the incredibly kind staff!! They really went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible stay (e.g. letting us check in early after taking a night bus, arranging a balloon ride at half the price quoted online, etc.) and for this reason, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!

The place is amazing and view also, the breakfast was good and the staff nice and helpful for everything. We booked the green tour though the hotel and we had an amazing time. The hotel also booked us a ballon flight but in the morning we were about to fly from kind of a far away place like 20 min away from the hotel (which is right next to the Göreme ballon take off) which was kind of disappointing. So when you book ask from where you will fly so you are prepared. In mid November the prices were 80-90€ but maybe because they were from far away places not Göreme.

Modern stylish suite beside a number of fascinating caves. Bathroom was exceptionally big and unique. Various common areas with great view. Staff was very kind and helpful. Its also in a relatively quiet area which was great. Definitely recommend it.

Excellent location just opposite the bus terminal and in the centre of Goreme. The property is not in the cave side of the town but you can see caves and fairy chimneys all around. I stayed in the new building which had beautiful, spacious, clean rooms. Merth and everyone else at the Hotel were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast spread was very good. One litre water was provided complimentary every day. On request, I was very kindly given a sandwich on the go for my early morning flight. Note that the property has a restaurant on the top floor with a section which is an open terrace which has views of Goreme town/the balloons. It does not have a sprawling open area for baloon watching. The tour rates of the property were reasonable (although I booked from outside where I got slightly better deals).
