Its a nice little city near the sea.
Its a nice little city near the sea. The air is cleaner than other, inner parts of Turkey (Edirne, Corlu, etc). There is a big shopping centre in the middle of the city, and many other famous and local shops. You can choose between delicious local cuisine or get a burger from your favorite global fastfood chain. There is a beach within 10 minutes from the centre of town. There is some night life, good public transport and cosy, inexpensive taxis. Great for a small getaway with the family or friends! One day is not enough, stay for more!Guest review byLyubomirBulgaria

Tekirdag itself is not big but Yat Hotel is right in the center so the location is perfect. The workers were nice, they helped me getting a taxi early in the morning.
