This hotel was amazing value, probably the best I have ever experienced. The facilities were excellent, the room very well appointed with all 'mod cons' and very comfortable, and it was very well located near a Metro station. I paid a cheap price for what was 4* accommodation! Most efficient and helpful 24hour staff at reception. I can't praise it enough!

Suitable for family. Most of the facilities are family friendly. Staff looked after kids very well. We also got huge discount for SKM park day pass which is unexpected. Before buying tickets for tourist spots, highly recommend to consult with the hotel staff.

I love how convenient it was going to the theatre because I stayed here to watch a show. I also liked how comfortable the room was and how they made an eco-friendly note for the guests to explain why there were not disposable toiletries except for toilet paper. I also love the breakfast. The room interior design was just like the hotel’s name, cosy and comfortable. I like the Muji style. Room space is sufficient and toilet has bathtub and shower. Bedsheets are very clean. I also felt welcomed by the staff, especially the young lady at the lobby during breakfast. Breakfast area was beautiful and spacious with a high ceiling. Breakfast food was not bad with a wide selection. I like the convenience of the location, it’s next to the mrt station exit. This exit also has escalator.
