Everything was great, the staff didn't know english but we got along fine with Google Translate on the phone. The rooms were very big, very clean and a lot of light entered the room. Would stay there again anytime!

I recently stayed at hiyeshotel, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and cleanliness. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and were attentive throughout my stay. The hotel’s common areas, as well as my room, were spotless, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness. The attention to detail was evident, from the pristine floors to the well-maintained bathroom. The people at the front desk were so nice! Let me and my partner park our bikes inside, also helped us cut the fruit we got at the market, and overall sunny disposition. Room was clean and had everything as listed. Great location around a lot of places to eat as well! Would recommend.

10/10 would recommend. This hotel is within a walking distance from Hualien Station, friendly staff, clean and comfortable. There is also a really nice lobby where you can get some snacks/soda. It has a terrace with tables where you can chill out and see the town. We went to Taroko and you can also reach the bus station by walking a few minutes. You can't go wrong on booking this hotel, its a safe bet.
