Service: The owner and staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. They go out of their way to make you feel at home and are happy to share local tips and recommendations. Food: The dinner here is a must-try — the owner is a brilliant chef who uses seasonal ingredients to prepare authentic traditional Taiwanese dishes. Each dish is full of flavor and beautifully presented. If you’re coming with more than six people, make sure to book the Italian dinner set in advance — it’s a special experience you won’t want to miss. Close to Tourist Attractions: Several popular tourist spots are nearby, making it easy to plan day trips or explore the area without long travel times. The hotel is situated in a beautiful location in the countryside. The man who checked us in was very friendly and helpful in showing us where everything was. The place has an excellent vegetarian restaurant with a delicious buffet and hotpot. There is also a lovely cafe with good coffee and waffles. We did a couple of the indigo dye workshops and really enjoyed ourselves. One of the teachers spoke very good English which was helpful. The walk to our room took about 10 minutes uphill through a beautiful garden full of flowers which made me think of an English summer, in spite of the cold wet weather. We also met the owner in the garden that she created herself. She offers DIY workshops to make plant decorations as well. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and this place is magical. Loved every minute.

Excellent location away from the city life. T11/12, amenities excellent. Staff ever so polite and warm. Reception staff was beautiful and went beyond their way to be ever so helpful. Breakfast selections were great. We will surely come there again. Should we visit Taiwan.

The private onsen experience in the room was awesome. Even with an additional bed in the room, there was so much space to move around. The breakfast spread was amazing too. The staff were all polite and helpful. The set dinner serving was way too big for us. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
