It made me pay $20 extra and then when I go to check out...
It made me pay $20 extra and then when I go to check out they did not refund that $20 and told me that I needed to leave early then expected so if anyone is wondering about sunset inn take it from me it's not a good place to stay at all and they had no hot breakfast no breakfast at all and the house cleaning lady walks in the room unannounced

The sunset Inn is in the process of a complete remodel. The room we stayed in was remodeled and nicely done. It is a basic motel but clean, fresh and has everything one needs. The owners are wonderful also. No breakfast but a McDonalds is next door. And best of all the prices are from the 1980's!! Highly recommend if you are passing through Brady!

Arrived to the "pet friendly" hotel as advertised and was told I had to pay an astronomical pet fee. Did not end up staying, lady was rude yelled at me told me if I go anywhere else there will be fees just the same. Found a place across the street that accepted pets with no fee. Then she refused to refund the money I paid!

This is a good, clean, basic motel. There are a lot of workers and hunters staying there, but it's quiet. Some rooms are definitely better than others, but all are okay. Communication can be a little difficult at check in, but everyone is friendly. Compared to other lodging in the area, the value is excellent.

The staff was so nice and friendly and the room was perfect with a comfy bed.. then the room I picked only had a shower and I wanted one with a tub and they was able to make it happen with no issues. If I go back to brady I will def stay there again.
