Buffalo is a wonderful little, historic town at the base of the Bighorn Mountains. It is a lovely place to stay. Friendly people and excellent restaurants. Buffalo is Beautiful.
Buffalo is Beautiful. The town has always been cute, but they have raised the cute factor by 100%. Unfortunately, we were there for an Interment of my husband's ashes, but the cemetery was also beautiful. Buffalo is a quintessential small, western town.
Buffalo is a quintessential small, western town. Full of folks that exude that wonderful, warm "Western Hospitality" Wyoming is known for. If you are luck enough to be there this summer (July 18-21, 2024) be sure to stay over for Longmire Days. If you don't know Longmire, just keep on driving. Can't speak for other restaurants, but if you enjoy family dining and authentic Mexican food then try and get into Papa Binos for lunch or dinner. This is "FAMILY" dining for real. It's Papa's house with a limited number of tables and family members cooking, serving and the little ones running around in the yard. Terrific food!!!Guest review byJohnUnited States - 6.0

We didn’t like that we didn’t get the room we booked and it was too late to cancel to find a different place! Also the room was dusted and dirt behind bathroom door that wasn’t ours! I stayed for one night during a long cross-country trip. Check-in was quick, and the desk attendant referred me to a good restaurant nearby (one of the few that was open late on a Sunday night).
