Calabasas is the heart of luxury but honestly what you make it. You don’t know who you’ll meet. I saw Mario in the topanga mall, went to different beaches through the east coastal strip. Had amazing food and dinner on the water. I went a few dates and had the best shrimp tacos. Calabasas is wonderful and filled with scenic views like out of a painting.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0
I just want to commend the front desk person.
I just want to commend the front desk person. The original room given to us had a bathroom issue. I called the front desk and explain the situation. Jakob immediately apologize for the inconvenience and gave us another room. This may be simple, but good customer service goes a long way. I will come back to this property again. Very good value, clean and in a great location for gas, food and groceries. This hotel needs to upgrade the internet which was extremely slow. The location was just what we needed.
The location was just what we needed. The staff we spoke with were friendly and helpful. The garden and public spaces were clean as was the pool though the water was cold (it was November!). We were concerned when we saw the hotel was next to a busy freeway, but we asked for a quiet room and heard no traffic noise. The area is nice with a wonderful seafood restaurant and a coffee shop within 1 1/2 blocks. The hotel was immaculate and the room was very comfortable. This is a great place to stay for convenience to the surrounding area. I was spending two days in the area visiting friends and having a spa treatment. The hotel is comfortable, safe, clean and reasonably priced. I would recommend it for a short stay. Great location between Calabasas and Malibu with some great hikes next to the hotel and the beach being 15 minutes away. The hotel looks brand new really clean lovely decor with a fire place at the reception and heaters outside on the patio. The rooms are really clean loved the messages in the morning to check we had a good sleep and if we needed anything.
