Check in was super easy. Employee even had a sample of the shower nozzle and how to work it! Room was clean and comfortable. Pool area was nice. Breakfast had something for everyone. The hotel itself was in a quiet area. I would definitely stay here again.

I have a very strange perspective to offer here: my husband got food poisoning the day before we arrived, so he literally never left the room. He couldn't have asked for a better place to be holed up in. This may be a boutique hotel but we were stunned at how updated, clean and spacious the room was. It's the perfect marriage between "charming aesthetic" and "modern functionality." We arrived 2 hours before check-in but they let us into the room early; easy and free parking in the back; all food and coffee in the room and lobby was complimentary; the room's carpet was clean and plush; large, comfortable bed; modern & clean bathrooms; cable and streaming apps on the TV; precise and swift in-room control of heat/air. Plus, it's located just off the main street, so it's a 1 minute walk to downtown or a 3 minute walk to a CVS or grocery store. I enjoyed the proximity to town so I could pop in and out and explore; my husband enjoyed the comfy bed, wifi/TV, and modern bathroom!

The staff was extremely helpful and caring. It was definitely the highest point! The location was very convenient, close to the airport and not far from Syracuse downtown.

We loved the Parkview. We needed a simple base as we were out in Syracuse both days, and it was perfect. It's cheaper than other hotels in Syracuse and you get a helluva lot for the price: the beds are massive and SO comfy, it's clean, our bedroom was huge. The staff were friendly, and on our second night I couldn't sleep through jet lag; went down to reception, and Vanessa (I hope I've remembered her name correctly) brought fresh water for a camomile tea. We had a super chat that stays in the memory. I'd recommend it to anyone staying here.
