Before checking in 8/3 Booking.com did not respond to my many requests to cancel day 8/5 and refund me my money. We checked out 5AM 8/4 still no response from Booking.com regarding my refund! Cayce's walkways are filthy and stained, The ice machine in the check in office had dirt and what seems to be liquid mold growing in it, The pillowcases were clean. however, the stench from the pillow themselves was unbearable, terrible stench, I requested two additional towels from the front desk and was refused. Good location if one is visiting Congaree Natl Park, which is an excellent stop even for a short time. Gas and food options are good in immediate vicinity of the intersection of I-26. Traffic through Columbia can be brutal so if you're traveling east-to-west and staying overnight it might be better to get a place on the west side of the city. For some reason the prices of all lodging in and around Columbia seem inflated for what you get... even on the discount sites.Guest review byRobertUnited States - 10.0
