• We we just expecting a nice place to stay for 2 nights. What a surprise! Your apartment is situated if a small village of 200 units set at the edge of a woods. Each apartment has 700 sq ft of space with two independent bedrooms each with its own full bath, one of which is a spa unit! There is a full kitchen, dining space and a terrace for morning breakfast or afternoon refreshment . The apra The apartment units are situated around a recreation area with : minature golf , a full-size swimming pool with deck chairs, a basketball court, beach volley ball, a waterfall, and a kids' playground. On the grounds there is a nature trail and many barbeque spots. None of this is mentioned on the Booking.com site, so we got much more than we expected. It is really like a vacation resort village

We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful inn set in stunning surroundings and gardens. On our holiday this was the only place where we actually met and interacted with the owners , Doug and Jim. Our room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Lovely leather chairs and decor. The bed was comfortable with nice linens. We were invited to the cheese and wine evening and it was great. Lovely wines and cheeses and a great way to meet other guests. We so enjoyed the piano and a few songs from Doug. Breakfast was a feast .. fruit, yogurts , eggs . Delicious and a different menu each morning. Home baked cakes .. yummy. Saturday we sat in the gardens and enjoyed a lovely afternoon of music , it was so nice to see locals join the afternoon too. We wish we could have stayed longer.. Doug and Jim you run a beautiful Inn, your commitment and hard-work tells the story. Thank you!

LOCATION WAS PERFECT. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL WAS GREAT. STAFF VERY FRIENDLY. ROOMS MODERN AND CLEAN. EXCEPTIONAL VALUE FOR MONEY.

The rooms are newly renovated and very clean - the people running it are very kind. Wi-Fi was good and I was able to teach a lesson on Zoom with no problems. It is true that there isn’t a microwave in the room but there’s a small shared area where you can microwave things very close to the rooms.

I liked how clean the room was and bathroom.The shower was excellent with lots of pressure. The owners were great and eager to please. A all around pleasant stay! I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Really great Hotel, best one I had on my Trip through Massachusetts. Beautiful beside the lake, canoeing included. Great breakfast (even a gluten-free menu!), very friendly, nice atmosphere
