My TRI Suites staff are extremely helpful. Made contact around room, to ensure it was ground floor. Then on the day of arrival our flight was 5hrs delayed, so we ended up arriving around midnight. The staff member Catherine, was friendly, polite and helpful. Also dealt with Danielle again, friendly, polite & helpful. The bed was super comfortable, and best night sleep at a US hotel, in a long time. Highly recommend

Beautiful hotel! Very clean and modern Lots of people with animals, but despite this I had no allergies in the room, very good maid service. Very grateful to the receptionist Angela, nice girl, helped us very quickly with the room, despite the fact that it was already night.

Excellent hotel. Room lovely. Very clean, spacious and well equipped. The included breakfast was excellent and included good hot food. The staff were always very helpful and friendly. Easy to find, straight off the freeway and a huge car park. Choice of decent restaurants close by for dinner. Good WiFi. Would stay again.

Great hotel in a great location. Shops & eating close by & very nice lake with a footpath around it next to hotel.

I was very impressed from checking in and all the way to check out. I asked for extra sheets and towels from the front desk and they promptly got those items for me and the tv remote needed new batteries and the front desk got us a whole new remote. I am in a wheelchair and they made sure I had a room close to the lobby and helped me several times getting my stuff in my room and made sure I could access easily. We had two wonderful days at this hotel

They are so service minded! I had booking for Monday and it was unbookable but when I called and asked if I could reschedule for Sunday instead since we came off burning man before they fixed it. I will definitely be back! Great place and fantastic staff!
