Arrived near midnight, but staff was helpful, received room keys within minutes. Dropped my watch near the front deck and the lady kept the watch for me, very grateful but I forgot her name, it was the night of 11 July. I needed sewing kit and she got me one, again very grateful.

Loads of parking, fast and friendly check in, super clean room, comfortable beds and better than average free breakfast made it easy to eat and get on the road. We have never stayed at a Drury before and we will absolutely stay at them moving forward. Significantly better than the two Hilton chain ones we stayed at in other towns on our trip.

Lovely hotel, the reception staff during check-in and night porter maybe were excellent. We checked in mid evening so the place was very quiet and we had to wait a little while for the desk guy to arrive but the night porter was so friendly and interesting he made our visit. As we were from the UK he was interested to visit the UK next year and was asking lots of nice questions. He deserves a shout out, we didn't get his name but he was a black member of staff and a pleasure.

    Right at expectations - though my expectations were fairly...

    Right at expectations - though my expectations were fairly low. Coming in late, it irked me that the front desk personnel made me go back out to the parking lot to get my license plate number - even though parking was not anywhere near full. Room was very loud as there was a loud gap under the door and you could hear every door that was opened in the hallway.

    Excellent neighborhood we stayed at the Quality inn on 1170...

    Excellent neighborhood we stayed at the Quality inn on 1170 Thorn Run rd and it was very convenient to the highway into Pittsburgh and lots of restaurants and stores nearby. I can’t think of a negative everywhere we went people were friendly and helpful.

    People are always very friendly at this hotel. Its easy to get to and very good at working with people who have trouble walking. The last 2 times I stayed there, I asked for a room close to the elevator and got one. Thank you!

    Staff was wonderful.

    Staff was wonderful. Food was not and no hotel restaurants were open. Had to have a salad or sandwich at the bar. Was able to work in both the room or the downstairs area as internet connection, wifi worked well.

    Shuttle Driver from airport was not happy that he had to...

    Shuttle Driver from airport was not happy that he had to drop us off, right there should have been a clue. Overflowing garbage by elevator on a Monday night, 1st room, AC cannot turn on. 2nd room, AC spewing hot air, dirty/ stained pillows, burns on sheet/covers, 3rd room??? Door was already left open with security latch on outside, so didn’t use key. But thankfully AC worked. Only had ONE bath towel. Bedding still stained/burnt even in non smoking room. HORRIBLE!! Stay elsewhere.

    The hotel is NOT operational! I arrived by taxi found that the hotel was being constructed and NOT OPEN!!!! I prepaid for a room and want my money back!!!!!!! Booking.com should not put this "hotel" on their sight for rooms!!!!
