Housekeeping, they never cleaned our room, when I called housekeeping we were told that we had to call 24hrs ahead of time. Good location for tourists.
Good location for tourists. Easy access by car to everything and great for shopping (lots of people visited the mall around the block). Easy access to highways, although a bit tricky to find the first time. Busy hotel which accommodated my requests, and very friendly front staff. You can hear the traffic outside quite a bit, but you get used to it in the background. It takes about 1 hour to get to SF city by public transport: there's a free shuttle bus to Bart station and the 57 bus that goes past traders Joe.
