I don't like the way it's represented. I was told I had free breakfast. I got nervous when I was presented a bill. Later I went to the front desk, and they advised that the computer would let me know when I checked out, if I owed anything. In addition there was a sign that stated buffet was fifteen dollars, or you could order off the menu. Like most places, I thought the buffet would include both hot, and cold items. Unfortunately the only things in the buffet, were all cold items( cereal, muffins, yogurt, and one bowl of fruit ). In my opinion this isn't very good public relations.

There was a barking dog next to us and we couldn't sleep. I think there needs to be rules about barking dogs. The front desk said "we can move you" I said, "im not moving, move the dog people" Rules should be in place for people with dogs.

This is a cute and quiet little town in Texas that we had no idea there was. It is such a cute town to walk and appreciate the scenery. Everyone was so friendly and the ice cream at the plaza was delicious. It is so relaxing and great little town to take the family for a weekend. It is very easy to drive in and out. We ate at a local Mexican restaurant it was very good. (Just can't remember the name) Would love to head back in the future.

Granbury is claiming to be to town where history lives.

Granbury is claiming to be to town where history lives. It has received many accolades for several years stating its the best small town in America. That being said, the special events that it holds now pretty much monthly have taken the small town vibe out of it and made it into flea market vibe with all the vendors selling their products. Locals rarely go anymore because the traffic and parking is horrendous. Luckily we know a few short cuts. It was a great little town but getting way too touristy and has lost it’s charm.

For a Hilton experience, avoid the expense & disgusting experience at this hotel. Keep looking if you want a positive experience in Granbury. This is a "looks so beautiful" but "looks are deceiving" type of experience.

Karin at the front desk went above and beyond to help accommodate our family. Our room key didn’t work at first it only took a minute and she was at the room with another key. Just great friendly service overall.

the traffic was terrible, infrastructure was bad, difficult to get around, we went down town and the shops were closed or closing on a friday night at 5 and 6. we went to see steel magnolias at the opera house

Glenn and Betsy were amazing hosts, they made us feel right at home and they truly are lovely people. We stopped in for a night at the last minute travelling between locations on our honeymoon and it was a great decision. Granbury is a great little town just a short walk away from the B&B, and Betsy was really helpful talking us through where everything was and her recommendations. Couldn't ask for a better stay or better hosts 😀

Breakfast was okay, but didn’t have that much choice. Very friendly staff at reception and the lady cleaning our room. Bed was awesome, very comfortable! Great location, only a few minutes from downtown Granbury on the 377.
