Look no further and just book this place, it was perfect for our needs. Our second stay so future visits we’ll always choose Hollywood Beachside Boutique Suites. Cute rooms with basic kitchenettes (utensils and cooking supplies) or mini frig and microwave. Comfy bed and linens. Very short walk (couple minutes) to the beach and Hollywood Boardwalk, Nice pool and multiple outdoor patios to enjoy. Free use of beach towels and chairs. $12 parking is cheapest in the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk area. Tons of restaurants close by and Fort Lauderdale and Miami are easy drives away. Just a beautiful place! The staff is friendly and beyond helpful. Let us upgrade to a studio for a reasonable fee when we checked in. The AC was acting up the second night and after maintenance couldn’t fix it we were moved to another lovely room for the night. The price is affordable and very reasonable compared to other properties and the parking fee is only $12 a day compared to other hotels charging $20+ or requiring ridiculous expensive street parking. I had to work in Hollywood the day of checkout. Instead of booting my girlfriend out, the front desk staff allowed her to borrow some towels and beach chairs, enjoy the outdoor areas, beach and leave the rentals car parked while I finished up with my client. I really appreciated the hospitality and kindness of the gesture. Beyond impressed with the staff and service we received! Great communication and friendly helpful people! Thanks so much to the staff for helping make our little two night stay wonderful!

    The beach is beautiful with full public access.

    The beach is beautiful with full public access. The Broadwalk that runs along the beach has many restaurants with live music, good drinks, plenty of people watching and friendly staff. Family friendly and great for adult only trips as well, rent bikes, tandem bikes or walk. Traffic is busy in all of Hollywood so allow for extra time. Aventura Mall about a 20min drive away is amazingly large and high end with many unique dining options. The horse track near by is also a fun and free beautiful complex and a great way to spend an afternoon!

    When my husband lived in Miami installing water sewer and drainage Ocean dr was never flooded like it was for 2 days after tge rain. It seems like the City of Holkywwod should make sure all drains are unclogged. The gutters at the Swan need to be maintained. Remove tge debris from gutters downspouts and reveal all the existing joints of the gutter so they dont leak. Preventative maintenance goes a long way. I feelbthis cement barrel tile roof was installed by our roofing company 30 years ago.

    You're treated differently if you book anywhere besides the hotel website. No one cleans, no one really wants to assist even though you are charged almost $300 in fees plus the price of the stay. It didn't matter if you want to use the facilities or not. Not enough vegan options. Most staff were rude or unable to communicate in English. The towel use process for the facilities is really a nuance for vacation. My room didn't have enough towels for my stay and I couldn't ask for anymore. I want made aware until after booking. Also fees weren't advised until after booking. Overall I would never stay at that location again.

    There was a terrible seaweed problem.

    There was a terrible seaweed problem. A foot deep along the entire length of the beach. You couldn't swim in the water because the seaweed was so thick. It had a terrible smell and there were flies and other insects flying around it. If you wanted to go in the ocean you had to walk through all the seaweed lining the shore to get to the water.

    The property was clean the bed comfortable very attractive daycore. Very good value for money with full kitchen quite well stocked kitchen. Wi fi very good. Great couch and big tv if you need to keep kids amused. Very quiet location in older section of Hollywood. Property sends clear instructions. Would recommend for those on a budget but with a car. Much cheaper than beach hotel

    The apartment itself is genuinely nice – it's spacious, seemed well-equipped generally, and represents good value for money. The absolute best feature is its exceptional location, next to Hollywood Beach and is also convenient for exploring Miami - 30 to 60 minute commute.
