Rooms were extremely nice and newly renovated. I've never walked into a hotel room that nice before. Location is easy to get to and it's a very quiet place. The staff members we met were very friendly and polite. They even chatted with us some during breakfast. The continental breakfast was good and had several options to choose from as well.

    Hot Springs Village is a very beautiful place.

    Hot Springs Village is a very beautiful place. There is a lot to do there. Like if you ride, they have a lot of good roads, and hills. They have I think 10 different lakes. If you like to play golf, they have 9 Golf courses, walking trails, pickleball courts. They also have places to eat in the village. They offer so many things.

    Lots of activities for kids and adults.

    Lots of activities for kids and adults. We were impressed with the natural beauty and the first time the kids to see mountains and catching fish.Great food at the Home plate restaurant and Mulligans pizza and breakfast at Coronado golf club!

    I thought we’d be able to enjoy the hot springs village but...

    I thought we’d be able to enjoy the hot springs village but the gate host said not unless we had reservations because it’s a private community. We could have found a closer hotel to the downtown bath row area, for close to the same price. But this hotel was very quiet so we enjoyed that even more. We would stay here again.

    Gated communities aren't my thing, so I would never want to...

    Gated communities aren't my thing, so I would never want to live here, but the natural beauty of the mountains and the kindness shown by all we interacted with left a positive impression. We hiked 52 miles of the Ouachita Trail and spent an afternoon in Hot Springs, soaking our aching bodies at the Quapaw baths and enjoying some fine beers at the Superior Bathhouse Brewery.

    We enjoyed our stay at Hot Springs village.

    We enjoyed our stay at Hot Springs village. Accommodations and location was perfect for us. We were a little put off when we pulled out the sleeper sofa and found food crumbs between the cushions and mattress. And then making up the sofa we had no pillow cases. It was difficult for us to communicate with staff after 4:00 p.m when staff went home. Over all, we had a great vacation and will definitely book again.

    The water view is always my favorite.

    The water view is always my favorite. The area is always peaceful and quiet. The grounds are very clean and well kept. Very nice place for a week or just a few days. I would recommend to any couple that needs some time away.

    My husband and I made the trip to Hot Springs Village for a golf outing. This was our first trip there! The house was in a great location and had a beautiful view of the Cortez Golf Course hole #8. The home itself was very nicely decorated and had everything in it that we needed to make our stay very comfortable. I had a small issue with the TV but the host responded very quickly and all was well :) Can't wait to get back to Arkansas and we would definitely rent this property again! Thank you!

    Great setup for our party of five. We had a two bedroom lockout unit which provided two bedrooms, two kitchens, and two bathrooms. The resort was quiet and relaxing. The pool and hot tub were nice and nearby.
