Friendly folks at all businesses! Loved the crater of Diamonds State Park, Restaurants were not plentiful but they were all good. The Diamond Old West hotel and cabins was an awesome place to stay, just can't say enough about our experience staying there! I even took a nap in one of the bunks. We were really close to the swim area at the lake and got to take a nice scenic drive down there to look at wildlife and check out the campground. The coffee bar was my favorite, that was plus plus to have available. Very family friendly with toys and games for the family and soo many beds including the bunk bed was soo cool for the kids to have . It was close to the diamond mine, downtown, and the KaDoAh Indian village. Lots of log trucks passing by and would give honks to our kid which was so fun.
