I reserved a room for one full night. I arrived at 4:30 am after driving for 14 hours and unexpected circumstances. At that point I just wanted to sleep until check out time at 11am and get back on the road to Texas. When I arrived to check in I was told there were no rooms available and that there was nothing they could do for me. Not good business at all and I still have not received my refund. we love the gambling. I’m just playing penny slots was absolutely wonderful. We ended up moving up to quarter slots but we had so much fun and we only took like $300 and still came home with money. We got to the hotel at 1130. The bank approved the reservation, but thought the charge out of state,because it bills as Dallas/Shreveport, was fraudulent. By time we got that taken care of it was past 2am. We hotel hopped for a week between Wingate and comped rooms at El Dorado, now Bally's casino. Great facilities and staff. I liked my view from the window and that the bathroom had a separate walk in shower and a huge garden tub.
